Money, Stress and Deadly Heart Attacks

And the second medical study concludes that, “Financial strain was a predictor for recurrent events among women with coronary artery disease, independently of commonly used indicators such as education and household income.”
All of this information points to reality that Americans need to practice stress relieving techniques to survive in this hostile, competitive environment. The days of the simple life, far and away from the maddening crowd, are gone. Today’s environment requires each person to take responsibility for their health and utilize methods to offset the devastating effects of all the forms of stress we are faced with.
